What I keep, and what I do not

Last updated: 1 September 2026. Written by the one person who runs this.

What is stored

  • Your email. To sign you in and to send you the daily list.
  • Your search settings — name, phone, city, country, keywords, salary, and the cover letter you wrote. They go into the letters and the search.
  • Your CV, if you upload one. It sits in your own folder on the server.
  • The job list collected for you, and which of them you marked as applied.

That is the whole list. No tracking pixels, no analytics, no advertising network, nothing that follows you around other sites.

What is never asked for

Passwords to LinkedIn, Profesia, or any other job board. The service does not apply on your behalf and does not log in anywhere as you, so it has no reason to hold them. Anyone asking you for those is doing something else.

There is no password here either — you sign in with a link sent to your email.

Who else sees it

  • The hosting provider, where the server runs — inside the EU.
  • Lemon Squeezy, if you subscribe. They take the payment and are the seller of record; I never see your card. They get your email and billing country, nothing from your profile or CV.
  • The mail provider that delivers the daily list to your inbox.

Nobody else. Your data is not sold, shared, or used to train anything.

How long

Until you delete it. There is a delete button on your settings page: it removes your profile, your CV and your job list from the server for good, in one click. If you stop paying and do not come back, everything is removed within six months.

Your rights

You are in the EU, so you can ask for a copy of everything held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to zadvornyiartem1@gmail.com and you get an answer within a few days, from a person.
